Whenever I have some free time, I like to bake; anything from cupcakes to cheesecakes. This time around I chose to make Peanut butter and Nutella cookies from scratch. With a similar appearance to a Hershey kiss, I combined both peanut and hazelnut to make one of the best cookies ever! My family and friends are obsessed with these cookies, and they have become my signature to bring to any event or celebration.
Prep time: 15 mins Cook time: 12-13 mins Serving: 24 cookies Ingredients 3/4 Sugar 2 Cups of Peanut Butter (I chose to use light- for a less guilty food pleasure) 3/4 Cup of Nutella 2 Eggs Instructions 1. Heat oven to 325°F. 2. Mix all ingredients with large spoon until well blended. 3. Roll into 24 balls; place, 4 inches apart, on baking sheets with parchment paper 4. Make a thumbprint in each cookie ball 5. Grab another teaspoon and fill the empty hole with Nutella. Swirl the Nutella around in the hole of the cookie ball. As much as desired; I put A LOT. 6. Bake 20 min. or until lightly browned. (Do not overbake!) Cool 5 min. on baking sheets; transfer to wire racks. Cool completely.
